Letter of the Week...W!

Yes, we still enjoy doing our letter of the week! Even though Clay's pretty savvy at identifying his letters, I'm working on ones that are considered "tricky letters". And hey, let's face it, repetition...repetition...repetition is how this guy learns best! Not to mention, we look forward to our arts & crafts time!

materials...pink and green W {watermelon colors}, hole punch, black paper, glue

I must admit, I was a little skeptical if Clay would be able to fit the paper through the VERY thin opening and punch at the same time...

proving Mama WRONG!!! He loved "punchin' holes!"

squeezing the glue...

adding the "seeds"...my hole puncher is not one that produces big circles so this activity really had us practicing our fine motor skills!!

our finished watermelon! gotta admit, after 10 or so "seeds," Clay got a bit bored so Mama {and Thomas!} helped finish the rest! :)
