Happy 4th of July!

What better way to celebrate America's Independence Day than by making our very own fireworks!?! Clay's never seen a fireworks display in person, but we did watch some on youtube to get us pumped for this activity...close enough! :)





materials...coffee filters, markers, construction paper, glitter glue...LOTS of glitter glue!





Step 1: color the coffee filter





Step 2: Add glitter glue







Clay says, "Mama, it's ticky {sticky}!"







Step 3: Add more glitter glue...Clay's favorite!

Our finished product! Mama cuts slits in the coffee filter and Clay glues it down on the paper...now that's what I call teamwork! :)
